Please join me and many others for the Year in Development exhibition at Labyrinth, the one and only place where I have all my film developed. The exhibition:

‘includes over 70 of their clients hand-printed images solely shot on film. The show is a representation of the continued, diverse and expanding use of analogue photography realised through the art and craftmanship of hand printing.’

And I’m proud to say that my image called ‘Happy Birthday’ was chosen for the invite and to hang in the window. Please come and see!

I managed to get an image in the Taylor Wessing award this year and the image will be on show in the National Portrait Gallery from November 14th until 9 February 2014. The British Journal of Photography is featuring some of the images in their November issue, which is out now. The image in the middle is the one I shot and it’s called ‘Family Extension’ which is a literal translation from Dutch which apparently doesn’t make any sense in English. Whoops!
