Take A Look at Yourself

Here it is, a photograph of you, looking in a lens and keeping still because the photographer asked you to. Eyes wide open and every detail visible.

Few people enjoy staring at such a sharp image of themselves for too long.

The idea is that you stop, really stop, and take a close look at yourself. Who is that person?

What do you see?

So:

  1. keep this print and look at it, perhaps more then once, perhaps for a long time

  2. write what you see on the paper on which the photo is printed, you can focus on the physical details but don’t have to, write down whatever you see

  3. you can write in any language, I’d suggest the one you feel most comfortable with

  4. make sure the print gets back to me

thanks!
